Regent Arcade, a shopping centre located in Cheltenham, has been using Velocity’s data, personalisation and insights platform, Darius® for Retail to build and segment their shopper database. Pandora, one of the centre’s anchor tenants, recently experienced a drop in sales and wanted to leverage Darius® to run a local campaign to drive awareness and sales for St. Valentine’s Day.
Pandora wanted to run a multi-channel campaign to not only give their shoppers a chance to win an exclusive prize for their loved ones on St. Valentine’s, but also to drive awareness of their products so as to boost Valentine's Day sales.
Pandora deployed Darius® to launch their ‘She Loves Being Loved’ campaign to celebrate St. Valentine’s and to drive awareness, engagement and sales for the brand.
Shoppers had the option to complete the form provided in return for a chance to win a Pandora ‘Moments’ leather bracelet and ‘Path to Love’ charm.
What’s more, shoppers also received an exclusive St. Valentine’s Day gift guide to discover romantic new charms and perfectly matched jewellery gifts for their loved ones.
This campaign gave Pandora an opportunity to drive brand awareness and increase sales during the St. Valentine’s Day period. Pandora was able to capture rich shopper data which they can use for future marketing communications.
