WAREHOUSE is a tenant at County Mall Shopping Centre in Crawley and, while the Centre as a whole had been experiencing year on year positive trading results, WAREHOUSE was not seeing the same conversion in their store. A shopper marketing campaign was required to enhance the profile of the store within the centre and drive immediate sales.
To deliver a campaign that would increase sales for the store in the short-term and build a segmented list of shoppers for future engagement.
