01 November 2017 Independent retailer, Family Shopper thrives after launch of loyalty and engagement schemes

Family Shopper retailer Mo Razzaq says about 200 shoppers have signed up to the store’s loyalty scheme since it launched in August.

Razzaq, who owns the store in the Blantyre area of Glasgow, used Velocity Worldwide’s Darius shopper engagement platform to introduce there ‘Privilege’ loyalty scheme.
